REGARDING TRADEMARKS AND SERVICE MARKS: The Client is responsible for performing the research on their company name. This insures that the name is not already in use and provides a secure trademark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image. WM Graphics is not and will not be held accountable for any legal action that results from lack of execution on the availability of a company name or image.

OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS. After completion of the design the final artwork becomes the property of the Client. The Client will have full access and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. WM Graphics has rights to showcase artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts and materials, which the client does not attain, remains full property of WM Graphics.

Final design will be distributed in file formats such as: GIFs, TIFFs, EPS, or JPEGs.
The Final Logo file will also include a standards manual free of charge. This manual indicates the proper use of the company logo: size, colors, text, and placement, ect… These are detailed instructions that keep your company looking professional by eliminating problems such as: stretching, distortion, bad placement, and color manipulation of your logo. For an additional charge we also offer digitizing files for embroidery applications such as shirts, hat’s, jackets etc…
